For all users:
- Ability to change a picture's tags
- Should be able to view tag info (Danbooru allows this for everybody, Gelbooru requires registration first)

For registered users:
- Editing of tag type/info

Sounds like a bad idea if you ask me, make it for registered users only

PaperJack I disagree. We want people to be able to contribute easily. And we need tagging done badly.

Yeah, we need to make tagging as easy as possible.

unfortunately, due to the service this is currently on, we are limited in the permissions we can set.

Apparently there is NO option available to have anonymous set tags, or I'd have done that when I created the booru.

Oh. That sucks.

Any word on the other things?
