I know nothing of this particular character. But I wouldn't be surprised if he helped the heroes beat the shit out of some asshole that hurts kids.
Apparently the Ghede aren't down with that.

Unfortunately, in Freedom City canon, Baron Samedi is basically Chaotic Evil instead of more in line with his usual loa self. He mass produces a drug called Zombie Powder (natch) that makes you feel all lethargic and preternaturally calm. It also has a very high chance of killing you.
